Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Daytreat. We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at daytreatsupport@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns

As our products are food items for pets, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind for hygiene and safety reasons. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
